Not for emergencies. Online scheduling and the appointment assistant are for non-urgent appointments only. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Please don't use online scheduling to describe urgent symptoms or ask medical questions.
Appointment requests are subject to confirmation by our office, and we may contact you to reschedule if needed. Scheduling an appointment online does not by itself establish a physician–patient relationship; that relationship begins at your first visit with Dr. Kao.
