- Meet Dr. KaoYour first appointment is an unhurried visit to review your history, your goals, and which membership plan fits.
- Choose a planJoin the Foundation Plan at $149/month, or ask about the MD Plan for expanded services.
Bring with you
- Photo ID
- A list of current medications and supplements
- Recent lab results or records, if you have them
- Insurance card, for lab and specialist referrals
